Returns
At Wheelworkz Alloys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been fitted or used on a vehicle.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
