Returns
At Wheelworkz Alloys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

We do not accept returns for items that have been fitted or used on a vehicle.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
